1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Barrel Skip Bin website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Barrel Skip Bin provides skip bin hire and waste removal services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approval by our team.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Quoted prices are estimates only. Final pricing may vary based on actual waste type and weight.

4. Hire Period & Collections

• The standard hire period is 3 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Extended hire may incur additional charges.
• The bin must be accessible for collection on the agreed collection date.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible sites or incorrect addresses.

5. Prohibited Waste

The following items must NOT be placed in our bins:

• Asbestos or hazardous materials
• Chemicals, paints, or solvents
• Batteries or electronic waste
• Tyres
• Any material prohibited under Australian waste regulations

Additional charges may apply if prohibited waste is discovered. The customer accepts full responsibility for any costs associated with the disposal of prohibited items.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the delivery date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Liability

Barrel Skip Bin is not liable for any damage to property, driveways, or surfaces caused by bin placement unless due to our negligence. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible placement location.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
